GDPR Compliance Statement

At Review My Emails, operated by Transcend Enterprise LTD, we are fully committed to ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). Protecting the privacy and data rights of our users and their contacts is a foundational principle in how we design and operate our services.

1. GDPR by Design

We built our systems and workflows with GDPR compliance at the core. This includes minimizing data collection, ensuring encryption and secure handling, and giving users full control over their data.

2. What We Process

We primarily process:

Email addresses (submitted by users)
Names (if available via Bouncer or included by the user) We do not process sensitive personal data.

3. Security and Data Hosting

All uploaded data is processed in secure environments.
Our email verification subprocessors, such as Bouncer, anonymize data and only retain results for a limited period (max 60 days).
Our cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Bouncer) are hosted in GDPR-compliant data centres within the EU (e.g., AWS Frankfurt for Bouncer).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data processed through Bouncer is automatically deleted or anonymized after 60 days.
You may delete data on request at any time.
All data is handled in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

5. Your Control and Rights

We enable our users to:

Review or delete data on demand
Exercise their GDPR rights at any time
Ensure their contacts’ data is processed securely, fairly, and lawfully

6. Subprocessors and Transparency

We maintain a clear list of subprocessors, including Bouncer, Google Workspace, Attio, SendGrid, and others. Each has been reviewed for GDPR compliance.
